| Description: | Downtown Cleveland Alliance proposes to build a do park in the Flats Neighborhood directly adjacent to the Settlers Landing GCRTA stop. The proposed site is owned by GCRTA and leased to DCA. The dog park would be approximately 150 ft. X 30 ft. and be surrounded by a 42 in. high black chain link fence. Pea gravel over landsscpae fabric would form the surface of the park, which would also contain three 16 in. X 60 in. wooden benches and three dog bag dispecnsers/waste receptacles. |
